Mr. Talley also serves on the executive committee of FTS.

Mr. Kirik serves on the executive committee with Full Time Solutions and provides invaluable assistance with corporate affairs, communications, and public relations. Mr. Kirik most recently was the Corporate Vice President for Hon Industries, one of the nation's leading office furniture manufacturers.

Mr. Dunn recently joined the management team of Full Time Solutions in 2005, after many years as a successful sales executive which included both of the nation's leading payroll processing companies. Mr. Dunn was also responsible for building a payroll service division for one of the nation's largest temporary staffing firms.
